All about Breathe

We all know this era of technology made us busy at all times. People are working 8 hours on their desk in their office or even at home. There are also people that has free time and spend a lot of their time browsing through the internet. This project will provide users a new way of accessing healthy life through exercise.

The website target end user, it will be everyone, they can be various people anywhere that uses internet and has access to smart phone, a tablet or a computer at anytime or just 15mins of their free time. They can also access the website before doing their daily work, studies or activities.

The objective of the website is to provide access and information to people that doesn't have much time to visit or exercise in a gym. To provide various work out routines such as yoga for desk workers to provide relaxing stretch to ease backpain and reduce levels of stress. Other workout routines that provides strength training to provide muscle strength to various activities and aerobic exercise which gives my target end user heart and lungs long endurance.

Our mission at Breathe E-Magazine is to empower desk-bound and work-from-home professionals by providing them with easy-to-follow exercise tips that they can incorporate into their daily routines. Our aim is to help individuals improve their physical health, mental well-being, and overall productivity.
